Night club

The DJ is amazing and all the new staff is super friendly. They haven't changed the physical place too much since Lavish though which might be my only negative observation. Nice to see some lively crowds again.

I was at Joe Kool's with my family the first week of June 2023. The last time I was at Joe Kool's was 33 years ago during my graduation ceremony from the University of Western Ontario.My trip back to my old hometown London, Ontario -- and in the process of Joe Kool's - was meant to show my two boys the place that shaped me to become who I am today. More importantly, Joe Kool's gave me my first job in 1986 - as a newly arrived 19-years old Immigrant with limited conversational English -- and in the process Joe Kool's supported me in my quest to graduate from Western with a Computer Science [Honors] degree in 1990. 1st time coming here after wanting to for some time. We ate on the patio which was severely neglected and in need of some tlc. From what I understand it used to be quite the popular spot. The food saved the review from being worse. Everything we had was cooked well and was filling and tasty, especially the tall cans of bud light. As with most places it was short staffed so service was slow. I'd eat there again.

This place has a lot of potential for revenue.

Out of all the clubs here I absolutely despise this place.I know nightclubs are crowded, but this place is extra crowded on the busy days, which can be seen as a good thing, more business the better - but the place is tiny, it cannot handle the business it gets, it ruins the entire experience because you are in a place that has way too much overcapacity to actually enjoy your experience.this place needs to start denying people entry so it can start being a more comfortable environment.

Was here last night for the “Not our X-mas Party”. I was buying 2 Jaeger Bomb drinks, which costs $28 at the bar closer to the entrance. I gave the server $40, and she hands me $2 change. I ask for the rest, and she tries to convince me I gave her $30…I tell her to check the cameras, and she gets angry and starts giving me attitude, then hands me back my $10. Then she tells me I’m banned from that bar..really? What kind of scammers are you hiring to steal from people who go clubbing here?? Unbelievable..

They lost our coats with the house keys in it. Then said sorry, kicked us out and offered us no help. Also drug dealers tried to sell us blow and wouldn't leave us alone. Would not recommend.

The server was great, but it is a bit 'rough and ready'. I am ok with that, but others might not be. Food was ok, and the drink selection is limited.

First time last night (June 3) and it was awesome. It was my Bachelor Party and my Best Man chose well. Food was good and Aida Rodriguez was hilarious along with host Michael Hanson
