I went to 12 west on a Saturday night with a few friends and me and my girl friend left are jackets there overnight. I had to go there the next weekend because they were closed all week. I showed up and talked to the manger about getting both of are jackets back. He told me they could only find 1 jacket.he instantly assumed that they gave it to me and I wanted them to go through the cameras and see what they did with it. I left and he gave me his number and told me he would have a look at the camera when he had time, it’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing, I’ve also texted to remind him. Therefore they stole a $350 jacket from me, just disgusting.

I wanted to write a review about my incredible experience at 12 west and it was all because of one person in particular.Giovanni is a bouncer at 12 west and had made my nights at the club were always a 10/10.Giovanni is professional, kind and prides himself in executing his role as a bouncer in the highest regard for customer service and bouncer duties possible. He is a leader and a positive influence to his fellow staff. All of which I have witnessed first hand and can personally attest to.12 west is lucky to to have Giovanni representing excellent customer service, professionalism and cooperation with other staff members.In my humble opinion he should be valued not only as an impeccable team member but also an asset to 12 west, as he will ensure that visitors keep on returning to have the nights of their lives.

Seven words to describe this nightclub, The...Best... night... club.. in...the...city!! WOW is an understatement. The doormen and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I spoke to them while waiting in line about acceptable ID as I didn't have a Canadian ID, as I am from Ghana and only had my passport. The staff took the time to scan my document and let me pass. The whole experience was very welcoming I Highly Recommend it if you are new to the city and looking for a safe & existing place to party!!!

My friends and I have been to Twelve West many times in the past few months and it’s always a great time! We are greeted with respect every time and have not waited in the line for long periods. The staff have been nothing but kind and helpful to us, and a huge thank you to Giovanni, who is the most polite and professional. We’re excited to come back!

The perfect way to ruin your night. This club was my go to for my friend group, especially on occasions like birthdays. However, service can easily ruin your night. I came here on my Birthday and the bartender that served us here was very rude and gave us attitude. When we asked for water, he said “why do you need water? Say please and thank you first” with a straight face and attitude. This rude and superior attitude continued through the night and really ruined our mood to the point that we had to leave after the service here. We will not come back again.

I was on guest list and was able to get in from vip line in the past but last night the one guy ask me to line up in the regular line. I told him if I line up there I am going to be past 10:30 at the door. He said someone will help me out. So I go to the regular line and when at the door the girl didn't give me vip because it is past 10:30. I found that guy and confront him but that guy deny what he said. This place lacks customer service and those bouncers treat people with no respect.

Great club if their customer service was a little bit better and they weren’t that disrespectful and rudeWe waited in line around 10:20 and we were on the guest list it was 10:32 when we wanted to go in and the security told us we are not gonna get free cover since it’s past 10:30More on that they don’t have industry worker free cover. I’m a server at Earls a busy restaurant and I’m sure I work my a** off so much more than those rude hostess the business has hired to work there. At the end they don’t even give us free cover because of 2 minutes?! Maybe go to Roxy or Celebrity or literally any other club to see how you need to treat guests.For god’s sake it’s called hospitality business not if u-don’t-do-everything-we-say-you-aren’t-allowed-in business…

Went right when they opened at 10 pm on May 6/23 so me and a friend got in right away, no lineup. At 11pm my friend wanted to go out for a smoke they told us they would not let us back in until 11:30pm because it was too busy. So we came back at 11:30pm and they told us to lineup again!!! We paid $18 cover to lineup again. So we told them to get our jackets in coat check and we left!
